There are many broadcasting stations. Some are major international sites such as Saipan, Che-Ju in South Korea and Manila in the Philippines. Others are AM and FM stations in many countries around the world.

All FEB stations are operated and maintained by the gifts of supporters.

Most staff (technicians, programmers, administrators) are "indigenous". In Russia most of the staff are Russian, in the Philippines most of the staff are Filipino, in the Middle East most of the staff are Arab, Iranian etc... 

Some programs are recorded in countries such as Canada, Hong Kong or USA with for example Chinese or Afghan nationals living locally as the program creators and hosts.

The only place manned mainly by western staff is Saipan Island.
