About Us
FEBC stands for Far East Broadcasting Company and was founded in the USA in 1945 as a non-profit, non-denominational, international Christian radio network, to provide evangelical broadcasts and outreach to the peoples of Asia and the former Soviet Union - a potential listening audience of 3 billion people.
In 1959, our European affiliate, Far East Broadcasting (Feba) of UK, was founded to share the Good News in Africa, South Asia (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nepal), and the Middle East.
Today
- FEBC produces more than 700 hours of programming a day in 130+ languages aired from 128 stations and transmitters around the world.
- Over 90 percent of FEBC staff members are local Christians who broadcast in their own language to their own people.
- we receive over 1.25 million listener responses annually, including letters, phone calls, emails, and text messages.
FEBC has been active in New Zealand for more than 30 years, promoting the love of God for unreached peoples, raising support for broadcasting projects reaching people, and sending long and short term workers to serve in numerous ways 'on the ground.'

"May God be gracious to us and bless us
and make his face shine upon us,
that your ways may be known on earth,
your salvation among all nations.
May the peoples praise you , O God;
may all the peoples praise you.
May the nations be glad and sing for joy,
for you rule the peoples justly
and guide the nations of the earth."
Psalm 67: 1-4
